16 Manesty View is a real home-from home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Keswick and the Lake District. What you won't find at home is the stunning, panoramic views of the surrounding fells, town and villages! This property benefits from an elevated position, so you can feel like the King or Queen of the castle, looking down onto Keswick, or up over the fells…

On entering the property, there is a place to hang coats and kick off muddy boots after a day of exploring.

Then, head into the cosy living room, complete with plush seating and a SmartTV to enjoy your favourite shows and films.

In the separate kitchen, you'll find everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal in your self-catering accommodation, including an oven, induction hob, and other appliances. Please note that this property does not have a freezer.For added luxury, Manesty View boasts a L'Or Coffee Machine. We'll take a latte, please! Here, you'll also find the washing machine and large fridge, as well as the dining table, where you can plan the next day's adventure.

Manesty View has two comfortable bedrooms, one king and one twin, making this the perfect property for families or groups.

The bathroom benefits from a shower-over-bath, so you can choose to relax in the tub and unwind, or grab a quick power shower before a busy day ahead.

The garden is set over two levels, with a paved area for sitting and soaking up the sun, and a lower grassy area to enjoy picnics, or for children to play. Enjoy a glass of something, or a luxury coffee, and enjoy sunsets and sunrises from this vantage-point property.

Note: While the property is single-levelled, it is worth mentioning that there are a few steps down to the front door to access the property.

Comfortable little bungalow with easy access to town
Nice, quiet spot on the edge of town, with easy access down the nearby path to Ambleside road and straight into town. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, well equipped kitchen, though it's a long time since we've stayed in anywhere with a carpet in the kitchen.. very brave! Great views from the kitchen and a shower with a view! Would benefit from black out blinds in the bedroom, and really needs a hand rail down the front steps. We had a lovely few days. Never took the car out which was great. Staff at Keswick cottages were lovely too!

Fabulous views at 16 Majesty View
Definitely the best views of anywhere we have stayed in Keswick (and we've stayed in quite a few places over the years). Great views from the kitchen, bathroom and back bedroom. Completely secure for dogs. Short walk from town. As it's a cul de sac there was no issue with parking. Good shower and comfy beds. Just a couple of minor things - no coffee pods (a couple to start you off so you know which ones to buy), no washing up liquid or salt and pepper. We find the supplies vary now but a few essentials would be appreciated. Overall a delightful holiday let but we cannot overstate how fabulous the views were.

Manesty
The team at Keswick Cottages were brilliant. Really accommodating when we asked questions or for more pictures prior to booking. The house is a short walk to town centre but is in a very quiet area with a lovely garden to make use of. Would book again.
