Frequently Asked Questions

Keys are left in a secure key safe at your property.   We will send the code for the key safe prior to your arrival

Unfortunately the cleaning/maintenance team must have sole access to the property between 10am – 4pm to ensure the property is ready for your arrival.     We do offer an early arrival option (entry from 2pm) however there is limited availability and therefore these must be booked in advance.

The property must be vacated by 10am to allow our cleaning/maintenance team enough time to prepare for the next guests. We do offer a late departure option (12 noon) however there is limited availability and therefore this must be organised in advance.

Many of our properties are pet friendly check the individual properties or search these in the additional filters tab

If your holiday is more than six weeks away you can secure your booking with a deposit payment of approximately one third.

The balance is due six weeks before the commencement of the holiday (the date will be shown on your booking confirmation). If your holiday is booked within six weeks of the commencement date full payment will be required.

The arrival instructions and directions will be sent 7 days prior to your holiday
