This newly updated third floor apartment is situated in a quiet yet convenient town centre setting, just steps from local shops and restaurants.

On entering the property, you will find a modern bathroom featuring a heated towel rail, WC, sink, and a shower over the bath, finished with contemporary, vibrant tiling.

Adjacent to the bathroom is a well equipped, compact kitchen that includes an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

The hallway provides access to a cupboard housing the washer/dryer, along with an additional utility cupboard.

At the end of the hallway are two bedrooms; A main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, wardrobe with hangers, and a large chest of drawers and a twin room with bunk beds, a wardrobe with hangers, and a chest of drawers.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable L shaped sofa, television, and a dining area that is an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the area.

Keswick has something for every visitor, whether you're here for walking, Wainwright-bagging, or simply enjoying the towns shops and eateries. Co Op, Booths, and the local bus stop are all within easy reach, along with an excellent choice of cafes, pubs, and restaurants.

A lovely stay
We enjoyed a weekend trip at Catbells and had a great couple of days. The property is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfectly located for access to many lovely walks from the doorstep. We enjoyed the central location too and the lovely restaurants and cafes within a very short walk. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Weekend at Cat Bells
Great location for a walk into Keswick and really helpful to have a parking space. Lovely views of Cat Bells from the lounge window and a well equipped apartment. Unfortunately our stay was impacted upon by finding on arrival an oven and tray in an unclean state. The somewhat small fridge, especially for a 4 person apartment, was missing the bottle/milk tray which had clearly snapped off and we found underneath the sink. Although Keswick Cottages were responsive, sending round a maintenance man reasonably quickly, he was unable to replace the tray as he had to order parts.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review your stay. We are so sorry that there were a couple of shortcomings this time and for any inconvenience caused to your holiday. We are a small local business genuinely caring about delivering the best possible service and experience to our guests, so as soon as you brought the problems to our attention a member of the team popped round to replace the oven tray and take a look at the milk tray. They were unable to repair the existing tray, so they sourced the new part and ordered it immediately with the soonest delivery possible. Please be assured we have carried out additional training with the cleaner who cares for the apartment, including reporting any breakages. As a valued returning customer we of course hope that this would not deter you from returning to the apartment in the future. Catbells is a newer property and the owners have really gone the extra mile to ensure it is a beautiful place for guests to spend their holiday. We hope to welcome you again very soon! Catbells - Great location
Enjoyed our stay at Catbells & Keswick, great location for the town. Apartment excellent although if you have some mobility issues stairs to the top floor may be a problem. Comfortable stay and we would return.
