This newly updated third floor apartment is situated in a quiet yet convenient town centre setting, just steps from local shops and restaurants.

On entering the property, you will find a modern bathroom featuring a heated towel rail, WC, sink, and a shower over the bath, finished with contemporary, vibrant tiling.

Adjacent to the bathroom is a well equipped, compact kitchen that includes an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

The hallway provides access to a cupboard housing the washer/dryer, along with an additional utility cupboard.

At the end of the hallway are two bedrooms; A main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, wardrobe with hangers, and a large chest of drawers and a twin room with bunk beds, a wardrobe with hangers, and a chest of drawers.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable L shaped sofa, television, and a dining area that is an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the area.

Keswick has something for every visitor, whether you're here for walking, Wainwright-bagging, or simply enjoying the towns shops and eateries. Co Op, Booths, and the local bus stop are all within easy reach, along with an excellent choice of cafes, pubs, and restaurants.

Fabulous weekÂ’s stay in an excellent location
We travelled to Keswick for a week's holiday and were not disappointed on arrival at Catbells. The location is excellent. The apartment is lovely - really comfortable and finished to a very high standard. We loved our stay there and having the parking space was great for ease of visiting other parts of the Lake District. Lovely walks nearby. We couldn't have asked for more.

A very good stay
We were very pleased with the property, very good use of space and facilities were first rate. For us the stairs were a bit of a challenge, but that is no criticism of the property of course.

A lovely stay
We enjoyed a weekend trip at Catbells and had a great couple of days. The property is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfectly located for access to many lovely walks from the doorstep. We enjoyed the central location too and the lovely restaurants and cafes within a very short walk. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

We had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful. We felt right at home. Communication was proactive and very fast to reply. Location is great (next to a grocery store and within minutes from restaurants and pubs). Assigned parking spot very practical. Would definitely stay again
