Description

The accommodation consists of two large double bedrooms, one with bay window overlooking one of the main shopping areas of the town, a ¾ bedroom and one single bedroom. All are well furnished with oak furniture, include luxury linen and towels, and have co-ordinating fabrics.

There are two luxury bathrooms, both have baths, walk-in showers and heated towel rails.

The kitchen and living area are located on the top floor and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of Keswick. The fully-fitted kitchen has a slate floor, granite worktops and integrated appliances with an abundance of storage and worktop space. The living-dining area, light and airy with a high ceiling, has a wall-mounted Smart TV, DVD player and CD player, two leather settees, dining table, and six comfortable dining chairs.

There is a utility/drying room next to the main entrance and plenty of space for boots and coats.

Although there is no allocated parking, two parking permits are provided.

Access is via a metal staircase (at the rear of the building) which leads to the entrance door on the first floor of this Victorian building.

Keswick offers plenty of activities and amenities for your stay. Whether you’re looking for adventure activities, retail therapy, or new and exciting things to do, there’s something to keep everyone entertained.

Great views in central Keswick
Lovely, well appointed property in central Keswick with easy access to the town centre. Since the property is split over three levels there are plenty of stairs, but if you don't mind that the views are great.

Comfortable stay at Crandy Nook again!
Second time at the property and every bit as good as the first. Excellent area for taking off boots and walking gear, the property is comfortable, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. A central location accessed from the rear with free parking (note this is a 2 minute walk but we were able to unload/load on our arrival/departure outside). Beds were great, slept so well! Having a bathroom per 2 bedrooms on same floor as them is a plus. The only negatives are the flights of stairs, which could be an issue for some, and a general smell of food from the cafe below which permeated to the upper floor. Also leaving one toilet roll per bathroom is stingy for a week's stay. None of this would prevent us staying again though as it is a lovely property or booking with Keswick Cottages as I always do.

It is a very short walk in to the town centre and there are plenty of walks you can do right from the doorstep. The views from the top floor of the surrounding fells provide great inspiration for the next day's activities. Lovely property
Loved our family stay at Crandy Nook. Access to property is round back of building and up metal stairs. Living area on top floor with lovely views and well equipped kitchen . Location brilliant for centre of Keswick.

Crandy Nook was great and perfect for hillwalking with plenty of room for drying gear. Facilities were good, it was comfortable. There were two bedrooms on two floors with a bathroom plus separate shower which suited the four of us well. Location is superb - right in the centre of Keswick! Our only issue was finding the apartment, but Keswick Cottages were easily contacted by phone to help us and assured us they’d update the arrival information to make things clearer. So can definitely recommend this property and would happily stay there again.

We stayed in one of Keswick Cottages' properties in the middle of Keswick. The place was exactly as described, very centrally located, well furnished and clean. Communications before and afterwards with the company all worked well. The instructions on entry were clear and everything inside worked.
