Description

A welcoming open plan living space with a stylish well equipped kitchen and dining area. There are two leather sofas and easy chair, wall mounted Smart TV, DAB Radio, I-Pod doc and solid oak furniture. The generous well appointed kitchen provides quality integrated Siemens appliances,ceramic hob and Tassimo coffee machine.

The tasteful master suite provides king size bed, two original Georgian windows with shutters, easy chair, and ensuite shower room.

The warm second bedroom provides a super-king which can be made into a twin with large built-in wardrobe and cosy two seater sofa.

The bright and vibrant third bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a super-king (please be aware a £15 charge applies). Each bedroom has solid oak furniture, luxury linens and quality furnishings.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.The owners provide complimentary WI-FI, Cole & Lewis hand soaps, and some towels.

There is a small utility room with laundry facilities.

There are two allocated car parking spaces on the private Bridge Complex car park.

Guests staying on the Bridge House Complex can also enjoy the large shared garden, and children's play equipment.

Storage for bikes is available for guests staying on the Bridge House Complex on a first come first served basis - please contact for availability

Great accommodation
My family very much enjoyed our week in beautiful Keswick staying at the Bridge House apartment 2. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with the added bonus of two parking spaces. The location is wonderful for accessing all that Keswick has to offer and there are 2 supermarkets within a couple of minutes for any necessary shopping. There is some road noise, audible from the apartment but the convenience and comfort of the apartment, with it's proximity to shops, restaurants and activities far outweigh the rumble of some cars. Keswick Cottages have been a delight to deal with and are very responsive to queries. I would recommend others to use their services and would certainly book with them again.

A little luxury on the Keswick High Street
This property provided a wonderful base for our family for our annual visit to Keswick. We have stayed at many self-catering properties in the town and this proved to be the best so far, though also cost more than we usually pay. Parking is incredibly easy and accessible. Two sets of keys and a key box make for flexible coming and going. The property is on the first floor, but even our two year old and a member of the party on crutches were able to manage the stairs readily. Our first impressions were of a "boutique hotel" with the added bonus of a well equipped kitchen. The only issue was with the upper oven/grill not working, which we reported, and managed with the lower oven. The bedrooms are spacious, no bashing your knees against wooden bed frames here. The convenience of being on the road, so close to the Keswick Convention, supermarkets and everything else, was only detracted from by the noise of the bin lorry at a very early hour, twice during the week, and some general traffic noise, which was to be expected. The peaceful garden and play equipment were well used by us. The sun shone for the whole week (unheard of) so we could even dry washing outside. Unlike many properties, there is a utility room with a drying rack and tumble drier, so even on wet weeks you could keep on top of your laundry, should you wish. Advise take your own washing powder, paper towels, cling film, foil, extra dishwasher tabs (some provided), hand towel for the kitchen and tablespoons for serving food. All in all, a great find. We have already booked for next year, which is the highest accolade we could give.

We have been to this apartment for several years and are already booked again for 2025. It is always well presented and it is really easy to contact the booking agents for any small issues which arise. Excellent facilities. Highly recommended.
