Showers were a problem
Showers were a problem because my wife needed a flexible hand held shower due to ear problems Otherwise, an excellent apartment

We do look after a number of properties that have handheld shower heads, if you’re returning to the area just give us a call and we’ll make some suggestions for you. Excellent but Flawed
As per a previous review, the mattress in the en-suite room is tired and requires replacement. This was our third stay so we like this apartment. That doesn’t make it perfect. The shutters on one of the windows in the en-suite room have had no latch for the last three visits. The three piece suite in the living room is old and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the flat is ideally placed and very comfortable
Nice stay but a few short falls.
Location was exactly what we wanted, right on the edge of Keswick. Sadly the noise that came from the road was something we were not used to and the flat was not well protected from it. I bought ear plugs as you could hear people's conversations that were walking along the pavement, double glazing not up to standard to block out the noise. The remote control in the main bedroom was really manky. Also in the same room the mattress was past its best, which led to an uncomfortable sleep. There is a unpleasant smell in the ensuite toilet like stale water. Customer service was somewhat frustrating. Paid the balance and got an email the following week saying I hadn't paid and had 3 days to save my booking. Emailed them to change 3 person booking to 4 and that was dealt with easily and well which was good. The house was comfortable enough, wasn't left enough dish washer tablets for the whole week and had a full car so didn't want to buy a big bag to take home, would have been good to get more. Buzzer didn't work to let folk in the front door so had to go downstairs to let them in.

It's our 5th stay so what more can I say. Car parking great, accommodation great, location great even the weather turned out this year
My wife and I stayed at Bridge House apartment 1 with her elderly parents and her sister, we stayed here because its on the ground floor and had 1 bedroom which was en-suite which was ideal for her parents. The apartment was very clean and very modern, loved staying here, only 1 downside which I could see was that if the weather had been bad the entrance via the kitchen living room has no cloakroom for muddy boots or wet coats, there is a laundry room but it's through the kitchen living room in the passage way. I would definitely stay here again, very comfortable apartment.
Lovely apartment with everything you would need. Spacious and very clean. In a really good location close to shops, bars and restaurants. 10/15 minute walk to the lake. Parking was a huge bonus. We had a query with the heating and Keswick Cottages helped us almost immediately. Would definitely recommend.
