This ground floor apartment benefits from central heating throughout and an allocated parking space.

The well-equipped, fully fitted kitchen comprises of oven with induction hob, integrated microwave, full-sized fridge freezer and even an air fryer. There is also a dishwasher and a washer dryer. In the kitchen you will also find a dining table with four chairs and everything you need to make a home cooked meal.

The living room has two comfortable, luxury leather electric recliner sofas complete with USB charging points where you can relax and catch up on your favourite Netflix shows on the smart TV or chill out with a good book from the bookshelf in the corner and warm up with the electric fire. The patio doors lead out to a private enclosed patio area where you can enjoy the views or feed the local birds.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, wardrobe, drawers and ensuite shower room with shower, hand wash basin and WC. The twin bedroom has twin beds a wardrobe and a dressing table with stool.

There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, hand wash basin and heated towel rail.

There are plenty of options in Keswick for entertainment including quirky, independent shops, pubs restaurants and a cinema. For walkers there are Wainwrights you can tick off right from the doorstep or for a more accessible walk there is the Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail, a 10km there and back walk that is suitable for walkers, pushchairs, mobility scooters and wheelchairs as well as cyclists.
