Description

The modern kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with everything you would need for your self-catering holiday; electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

The lounge is spacious, light and comfortable with two settees, dining table, Smart TV, electric fire, and feature Lakeland slate hearth.

There are two very comfortable bedrooms; the first with a double bed and off this bedroom an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both rooms will be dressed in fresh linen and towels for your arrival.

The fully-tiled bathroom comprises a shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

There is allocated parking for one car in front of the entrance.

Guests can enjoy complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi throughout.

There is a small shared garden area with seating.

The apartment is conveniently situated a stone's throw from Booth’s supermarket (which has an electric car charging point) and the e-Venture shop for easy bike hire.

Another stay in No 11. All good. Great property for us.
We have visited in Keswick many times over the last 30 years and have stayed in No. 11 Howrahs Court for the last few years as we consider it to be the best. The property is very well located, light, big enough for us and provides us with excellent accommodation and parking in a central and quiet location. Of course, not everything is exactly as we would specify but it is best choice for us.

Perfect location
In the heart of Keswick, almost right across from Booths supermarket and buses, this is a pleasant very comfortable place to stay. Watch pheasants from the window....

We had a very comfortable stay at 11 Howrah's Court.
The apartment was conveniently situated, well equipped, and warm. There was an issue with a towel rail not well fixed to the wall, one of the drawers was awkward to use and the single beds needed mattress toppers, in my view. Having said that I would definitely recommend the property for a stay in Keswick

We booked this for us and my brother and his wife as we were attending the Keswick Convention on the Pencil factory site. It is an ideal location, a 5 minute walk to the tent. It is also ideally located for the town and Booths the supermarket. We have done trips to Coniston, Ullswater and Cockermouth. All a manageable drive. Thoroughly recommend it, clean and modern and well equipped place.

A lovely place, ideally located very close to the centre of Keswick - but not right in the middle, so it was quiet peaceful, but very easy walking distance! Clean and well presented.
