Description

On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen/diner with traditional farmhouse table and chairs, double range master gas oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.

The lounge is furnished with a comfortable three piece suite, wall unit, standing lamp, Plasma TV with Netflix included, CD player and DVD recorder.

On the first floor there are two pretty bedrooms nicely decorated with quality oak furniture and cool crisp bed linens. The double bedroom room has plenty of storage space with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is room for a cot if required. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have original cast iron fireplaces, stunning views of Skiddaw plus well co-ordinated soft furnishings & decoration.

The bathroom has a Victorian Suite with roll top bath and over head shower. Towels are provided.

There is a small enclosed garden to the front and one offset to the rear of the property which is accessed by descending wooden steps from the elevated patio area at the back door . The lawned rear garden is south facing with garden furniture for alfresco dining. Just beyond the rear fence are the allocated parking spaces.
