Enter this delightful property and you will instantly be in awe of your accommodation. Grandy Nook is situated on the second floor, with rooftop views of the fells from several rooms and is fully double glazed to provide a peaceful haven.

The bright, welcoming kitchen has plenty of worktop and cupboard space for those planning to cook and dine in. It is fully-fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and a washing machine. There are beautiful rooftop views looking towards the fells to enjoy from the window.

The modern living-dining room is the perfect place to gather and socialise. There is plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding with a movie or a good book or a film on the Smart TV. The semi-circular, stone, mullioned windows are an incredibly fascinating feature.

There are two bedrooms each made up with luxury linen and towels. The elegant master bedroom has a superking bed (can be made up as twin on request – £15 charge applies) plus plenty of drawer and hanging space. The second bedroom has bunk beds (suitable for adult use), chest of drawers and mirror.

The stunning bathroom has a vanity unit, WC, heated towel rail, and drench shower over the bath.

There is plenty of storage space for coats, boots and walking gear in the hallway.

This beautifully updated property makes a wonderful hideaway for couples, families or walkers exploring this stunning part of the Lake District.

Well appointed large apartment in central Keswick
It's a large apartment location on the second floor on Station Road in Keswick (the one way part of it) and has a designated parking spot with a private carpark at the back of The George Hotel. The location makes it very easy to access the town centre. The living room and master bedroom are quite frankly enormous and the kitchen is also above average in size and well finished. The bathroom is also generous and looks like it was refitted within the last couple of years... again to a high standard. The second bedroom is the weakest part by far - it is small and has bunk beds that realistically makes it suitable for younger children... not so good for a 6ft athletic 19 year old. In warmer weather when the windows are open for ventilation you will get some noise from the road below either as noisy pedestrians later at night, road traffic and deliveries early in the morning. With the windows closed that is not a problem - but just something to consider depending on time of year. I would have no problem staying there again... although with adult children this would more likely be as a couple.

Saved holiday
After our van breaking down we managed to book grandy nook last minute. The online booking was easy to make, the welcome details comprehensive and check in straight forward. The apartment was spot on, in a great location and had its own parking which was very convenient. Had a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Perfect Location
Stayed at Grandy Nook for our wedding anniversary. The pictures on the website didn't do the flat justice. The bedroom was massive, with amazing stone window surrounds and double glazed. The lounge and furniture are of good quality and comfortable. Dinning in the turret each day was amazing, again stone windows surrounds, views of the mountains were excellent The location was amazing. On Station Street and minutes walk into the town centre, wine bars and restaurants Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest
