The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. There is a oven, electric hob and large fridge, plus plenty of storage for all your food. The dining table sits six comfortably, with a wall-mounted TV for mealtime entertainment or background noise. Off this space is the utility and games room. This space offers another fantastic spot to store walking boots, with bike racks also available. In the utility space you will find a washer/dryer and a full-size freezer. There is also a darts board and seating area, great for a darts match! The ground floor is also where you will find the spacious family bathroom with separate bath and shower, WC, and sink. This modern, relaxing space is ideal for a bath after a day on the fells.
Leading out of the property to the garden, you''ll find a lovely patio area with seating looking toward the fells, ideal for warm summer evenings. The garden is spacious and ideal for kids to burn off some energy. After a long day, get yourself comfortable in the hot tub and enjoy the view of the sun setting over Skiddaw with a glass of something.
