On entering the cottage, you will be greeted by the modern kitchen-diner which is well stocked and equipped for your self-catering holiday. The newly-fitted facilities include an oven, separate fridge and freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. The solid wood table, seating four, is ideally-placed for socialising with friends and family while preparing meals.

The living room with Smart TV, CD player, sofa and two easy chairs makes a warm cosy space to curl up and relax on an evening.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are light and bright with views over Fitz Park, which is conveniently a stone's throw from the cottage. Both bedrooms are beautifully presented with quality bed linen and towels to ensure a restful stay.

The fabulous Victorian style bathroom has a modern three-piece suite with shower over the bath.

There is an enclosed front and rear patio perfect for sitting outside and enjoying some sunshine and a good book.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Fairbank lovely cottage

Super midweek stay in Keswick
This was our 4th time staying in Fairbank, it's a great location for us just across the footbridge from Fitz park which means we can exercise our dog easily first thing and be in the town centre within 5 minutes on an evening. Keswick Cottages are highly recommended to book with.

Third Visit to Fairbank!
We have become creatures of habit, staying at Fairbank for the third year in a row. It has everything we need in terms of being a delightful cottage with all the facilities we need, nicely furnished (plenty of wardrobe space) decorated and excellent heating and hot water which is a must in February. Its located directly opposite Fitz Park and the river so it has a beautiful view from the kitchen and master bedroom. For us its brilliant for taking the dogs out especially for a quick walk first thing in the morning and last thing at night! Fairbank is just a 5 minute walk from Keswick Town, which we love. Lots of shops, great restaurants and friendly pubs. Basically to us Fairbank is the perfect cottage for us. If we could we would live there! I would also like to mention that Keswick Cottages provided us with excellent service. I had to change my booking due to a work commitment after I had made my initial booking. They were very helpful.

Perfect little place to stay in the centre of Keswick! Right by Fitz park and the peaceful sound of the river whilst you fall asleep. Will definitely book again!

Excellent cottage, brilliant location next to the park and town. Lovely and clean . Highly recommended. The wrong WiFi code was displayed but was easily remedied. Overall a very nice place to stay.

An absolutely beautiful cottage . Fairbank is well equipped for any getaway to keswick it's location to the town centre is excellent and is straight over a little bridge to Fitz park ideal for the early morning dog walk . We have recently cone back and it's been decorated for Christmas and loved how the simplicity of it made it feel so beautiful. We booked through keswick cottages and also highly recommend the communication was outstanding. . It's made one of the hardest times of the year one of the most memorable and can't thank the owner of fairbank and keswick cottages enough for a beautiful stay . We will be back next year
