Cherry Garth is a warm and welcoming home sleeping up to eight people in four bedrooms.

This stylish home at the heart of Keswick is the perfect place for families or walking groups to come together for an unforgettable stay in the Lake District. The property offers light and airy accommodation with quality fittings and contemporary finishes throughout following recent refurbishment, from under floor heating on the ground floor, to the spacious triple aspect lounge/dining room with walk in bay and double patio doors.

The well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric hob and granite worktops , is sure to make food preparation and dining a pleasure. The spacious open plan living room/ dining space with Smart TV is the perfect place to gather together and catch up on the day's events.

There are two beautiful ground floor bedrooms, both with quality mattresses and beds dressed in luxury linen and towels, and each conveniently having modern ensuite shower rooms.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which can be made up as super king-size on request (£15 charge for this service). Between the two bedrooms is the newly refurbished three piece bathroom for those who prefer a nice soak to relax and refresh tired muscles!

The useful utility room has washing facilities along with space to store coats, boots and walking gear.

The private enclosed garden with seating enjoys a south faced position catching the sun all day. A lovely place to relax with a drink or good book after a day on the fells!

Visitors will not need to worry about where to leave the car as there is a private paved parking area in front of the house.

The house is conveniently situated with Fitz Park a stones throw away, walks from the doorstep, and the vibrant pubs, shops and restaurants only minutes away in Keswick town centre.

Good
Good service, good kitchen, comfortable beds, good space. Can let dog into garden without them getting out. Just about space for 1 car but space in the roads around for the others.

Spacious property in a great location with parking space and garden. Nice to find good quality kitchen equipment and crockery (which is not always the case in other properties). The new welcome tablet was not much use. It provided basic mostly generic information- it could be very useful if it had a search function and more depth of information. However it did not spoil our stay which was very enjoyable

A lovely home from home
We have just returned from a lovely break in Keswick. Cherry Garth was ideally situated as it was close to Fitz park which was ideal for walking our dog. It was also really handy for accessing the town too. The house was spacious and very comfortable and the enclosed garden was perfect for dog.

Awesome place! Very close to everything in town, there was even a gym 3 mins walk from the house. Pet friendly! I travelled with my cat and they accommodated us well. We loved this place, very cosy and warm. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Loved the lay out of property . Perfect for our family , . Close to all amenities and a fabulous walk by the River and lakes . In town lovely shops and Restaurants varying prices. Any amount of outdoor Shops , bought myself a walking jacket . Very dog friendly all over the town of Keswick. On the whole really enjoyed our stay . The property provided everything needed for a relaxing weeks holiday. Thanks The Owers Family
