Great week in Blencathra
This is a fantastic cottage with everything that you need to enjoy a stay in Keswick. The property is extremely comfortable and the conservatory was an excellent option to sit with our coffee and watch the rabbits for the odd morning when we couldn't sit out in the garden due to the morning rain. The property is fully equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay, and it is a short walk into town. You can leave the car in the driveway and take longer walks from the property with access to Skiddaw and other climbs literally across the road. We would highly recommend a stay at Blencathra.

Hiya Graham! Thank you for your fantastic review of Blencathra. We're so pleased to hear that you had a great week and found the cottage comfortable, well-equipped, and ideally located for enjoying everything Keswick has to offer. It's lovely to know that you made good use of the conservatory, especially on those rainy mornings. Sitting with a coffee and watching the rabbits sounds like a wonderful way to start the day! We're also delighted that you were able to take advantage of the property's location, with easy access to the town, local walks, and the fells right from the doorstep. Thank you for recommending Blencathra to future guests. We really appreciate your kind comments and hope to welcome you back for another Lake District stay in the future. Great Bungalow
Lovely bungalow in a quiet area in walking distance of the centre of Keswick. Gorgeous garden and conservatory to sit and watch the birds and rabbits. Washing machine wasn't working when we visited but there was a note apologising. Pictures inside are old fashioned, pictures of the view from the bungalow would be nicer! Would stop again.
