Description

Enter the property via the impressive Victorian tiled hallway. This welcoming space offers storage for coats, boots and walking gear. Downstairs is an open-plan living-dining room which is off the main hallway. From the living room you can enjoy the bright bay windows and log burner from the comfort of the sofa. There is a flatscreen Smart TV with access to all your favourite streaming channels and a selection of books available to enjoy.

To the back of the property is the well-stocked, galley-style kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Smeg oven, gas stove, and even a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is also tiled with the luxury of underfloor heating.

There are two large, modern family bathrooms on the first floor, both consisting of a WC, standalone bath, and walk in showers.

The master bedroom can also be found on the first floor to the front of the property with a king-size bed, bay windows and seating to enjoy the views. There are a further two bedrooms on the second floor: one double, and one super-king (this can be split into twin configuration – £15 fee). The landing also offers some extra storage with a large wardrobe. Each of the spacious bedrooms are beautifully furnished with quality beds and mattresses to ensure a great nights-rest after a day of adventures. The beds will be made up with crisp white bed linen and towels.

Comfortable stay
Location perfect just a short walk away from Keswick centre. On street parking was fine on all days. The house was extremely well equipped especially the kitchen it was nice and clean. The bedrooms were fine we opted to stay on the top flower in the superking bed although it was a bit annoying that all the bathrooms were on the lower floor. The bathrooms were move and looked like they had been updated. We did think that the lounge sofa was a bit saggy and not very comfortable and could do with replacing We did think that the house would benefit from a blind or even voile curtains to not block out the light to the dining area as people passing could look straight in and often did All in all a comfortable stay

Great venue for Keswick short break
We spent a very enjoyable five days in Keswick with 45 Eskin Street as our base. The house is clean, spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the centre of town. We particularly appreciated the generous living space (we were four adults), the comfortable beds, the decent kitchen knives and the copious hot water!

Good stay
The house was very well equipped and everything worked as it should. The bedrooms were all good. Much thought was put into providing things to do indoors on an evening in or wet day. When we next visit Keswick we will book 45 Eskin Street.

Lovely property; easy walking distance to downtown. Clearly loved by the owners! The agency staff were very flexible and gracious, as one of the keys was accidentally taken home and had to be posted back. They were very kind to let us do so.
