Property overview

Sam’s Cottage, named after the property owner's 16 year old nephew who suffers from cerebral palsy and has limited accessibility, is Keswick’s first and only fully accessible holiday let. Set back in a quiet courtyard, this two bedroom bungalow sleeps 2-3 people and is ideally positioned for all the town centre has to offer, complete with one allocated parking space. There is a cinema, shops, bars and restaurants all within 100 meters of the front door. The property is newly constructed and furnished to a high standard. Purposely built with Sam in mind can be a real haven for those with disabilities to enjoy their independence while visiting this beautiful Lakeland town.

Had a lovely stay at Sams Cottage in Keswick. On arrival everything was clean and tidy, all utensils and electrical's were in the kitchen there for us to use including washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer TV/dvd. The shower room was as it should be for anyone disabled. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The property has a comfy corner leather suit so after a day scouting around you can relax in comfort.David from Sunderland 20th July 2020
We stayed in Sams Cottage in Keswick, it was in an ideal location and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and hope to be back in the future.Sue Griffin from Tonbridge Kent 26th April 2019
Accommodation very modern and new. Bed very comfortable. Ideally placed within the town. There is allocated parking - the challenge is to get down the alley and into the parking space. Glad I brought my Aygo rather than my 4x4!!Louise from Hampshire 25th March 2019
