There is ample living space on the ground floor for a family of four.  The living room has been beautifully decorated with fresh modern colours and quality furniture. There are two comfortable sofas to curl up on while you enjoy a good book or simply admire the stunning views of Blencathra from the large window. Behind the living room you will find the spacious dining room with log burner and wall mounted TV.   The modern kitchen is superbly equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, and cupboards stocked with quality dining and cookware to make food preparation a pleasure.  There is also a separate utility space with washer-dryer and space to store your coats and boots after a day of exploring.  Moving upstairs the high spec finish and attention to detail continues with two beautiful double bedrooms each with comfortable king size bed dressed in luxury linen and towels. The shower room is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms. The property benefits from fantastic outdoor space to further enhance your holiday. To the front there is a pretty enclosed patio space which is a sun trap for most of the day and makes a lovely place to enjoy an evening meal. There is also a shed for secure bike storage. To the back of the cottage there is an enclosed private yard, along with a well maintained lawn and an enclosed playground with climbing frame exclusively for the properties on Glenderamackin terrace. Guests will not need to worry about where to leave their car, there is ample parking to the front of the property. The home and location is absolutely perfect for families with younger children. There is a farm with plenty of animals to see (including sheep, chickens, pigs, geese and even a goat!), fresh eggs & cakes, and the railway trail only a stones throw from the front door. Complimentary fast Wi-Fi throughout.

What a fantastic stay at the cottage. Very modern and clean. Ideal location to stay for Keswick with plenty of views from the cottage. Close to a nice little village with a great coffee shop. Nice little touches, like the use of a tablet and some lovely welcome treats. Very peaceful location with easy parking facilities.
Keith from Warrington 30th July 2021
We have just returned from the most fantastic week staying in this lovely cottage. The cottage is immaculate and has excellent facilities, the attention to detail is second to none and the views are beautiful. All rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the outside seating area to admire the views and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It is very well located to visit areas such as Keswick, Pooley Bridge, Penrith and Derwentwater to name a few and the local village of Threkheld is in walking distance. We would most definitely recommend this holiday cottage and very much look forward to returning in the future to enjoy more of the Lake District
