Our third time at Birchwood
We really like this cottage, it is dog friendly and has a real fire. We have stayed three times already so it feels like a second home. We love Keswick and the people there. We will book again next year.

Hi, Jemma! We're glad you enjoyed your fourth stay at Birchgate! We love dogs too, so we hope they enjoyed the complimentary 'pup pack', and that you enjoyed the 'welcome pack' we provide on arrival. The real fireplace is a great bonus, especially with all the horrible weather we've been having... Hopefully your next visit will be during better weather, where you can make full use of the enclosed garden, equipped with dining furniture and chiminea. Outdoor cushions and lantern are also provided for your enjoyment. To the rear there is another small, south-facing garden with more dining furniture and private parking for one car. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

Birchgate stay
A lovely cosy cottage close to Fitz park and the town centre. Beautifully furnished throughout. Could just do with a tea tray and some subtle lighting in the kitchen.

Hello, Philip! We're glad that you enjoyed your stay at Birchgate Cottage. This property is so cosy, perfectly located, and very well-decorated. All of our properties have a tea tray, and guests receive a 'welcome pack' on arrival full of extra gifts such as tea bags, coffee sachets, and even milk. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen lighting, and we're happy to say that we have resolved this! We'd love to have you stay again, and always remember that our friendly customer service team are just a phone call or email away. We're happy to help! Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

Another lovely week at Birchgate
A cosy, convenient and comfortable cottage. Carefully maintained, warm and welcoming, we have visited regularly for several years. Highly recommended.

Hi, Thank you for your review. Birchgate is on a quiet street but only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The real fire gives the cottage a warm and cosy feeling and it also benefits from it's own parking space. We hope we can welcome you back again soon. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages.

Lovely place to stay, a nice cottage within easy walk of Keswick town centre and Derwent Water.
Enjoyed the stay here, lovely place and will definitely be back. Has its own parking spot which is great because parking wasn’t the best in the surrounding areas.
What a perfect little place to stay. Just right size with lovely lounge with an open fire and close to Keswick centre. We enjoyed walks directly from the cottage so only drove once in the week. Hosts responsive and friendly and there was a little Xmas tree and few other decorations to make it feel homely and Christmassy. We loved staying there and would love to return.
