Lovey stay in cosy, comfy cottage
Thanks for a fabulous 5 day break. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and well equipped. There lots of space with the entrance area perfect for sorting gear if you're walking or biking. We had pretty wet weather most days and were mountain biking at Whinlatter. But really easy to sort and wash wet gear, warm up with a shower and chill out round the fire. Most days we also walked into Keswick which is very handy and saves driving and parking. All the dull stuff great - kitchen has all you need, bath/shower good with loads of hot water. smart TV good call, stove works well, bed comfy. Thanks for fab accom. Will no doubt be back for walking/biking next year. Thanks!

Hi, Ian! Sounds like you've had a great stay! The Smart TV is definitely a great feature, especially with all the awful weather, as you mentioned! It's great that you managed to make the most of it, braving the Cumbrian rain at Whinlatter too... We're excited to have you at Jasmine Cottage again. Maybe next visit will be in summer...? Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

Wonderful break in Jasmine Cottage at Portinscale. This was our 2nd year here, and hopefully we'll be back soon. Keswick Cottages always communicate well, can't recommend enough.

Hi, Kieran! We're glad you both enjoyed another stay with us! Jasmine Cottage is perfect for those looking for a traditional cottage in a small village setting within a few minutes stroll of the lake and only 20 minute walk to Keswick, right next to a pub and the village Tea Rooms. While the weather maybe wasn't perfect for the sunroom, we're sure you made good use of the unlimited free WiFi, smart TV, and Inglenook fireplace! Hope to see you again next year. Our stay in Jasmine cottage was superb and we loved our week in the Lake District. The cottage was perfectly located within walking distance of everything we needed, so we never had to use the car. This included hiking, running, going to the pub, shopping and even a trip to the cinema! The cafe next door is brilliant for food which is an added bonus ! Thank you for our stay.
Fantastic property, location and outstanding customer service from start to finish. Have stayed with Keswick Cottages for years in lots of their properties and wouldn’t go through anyone else now. Jasmine was such a lovely place. It’s small but has everything you need. Definitely looking to book there again later in the year 👍🏻
