Set in the heart of Keswick, this one bedroom property is perfect for a couple seeking a stylish and comfortable base from which to launch into the Lake District.

Grisedale Pike is in a superb location, where your holiday can be as busy or restful as you please! Plenty of walks are right on your doorstep, with close proximity to the nearby fells and easy access to Derwentwater, Theatre by the Lake, and other local attractions.

The first floor hosts the comfortable living room with views overlooking the bustling high street. Here there is a leather two-seater sofa, easy chair, Smart TV, and dining table positioned next to the window. A step up takes you into the brand new kitchen with oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, and plenty of crockery and cookware. The modern facilities will certainly tempt you to cook and dine in during your self-catering break, but for those that fancy eating out, there are a wide selection of fantastic eateries right on your doorstep.

Also on this floor is the stunning new shower room with large walk in drench shower and black panelled shower screen, two heated towel rails and mirror with lighting. The washing machine and separate dryer are tucked away in a cupboard.

Upstairs is the spacious superking room with a new, high-quality mattress and luxury white bed linen. The beds can be made up as twins on request – £15 fee applies. The room also has a tub chair, storage, full length mirror and is flooded with natural light as there are velux windows either side.

There is storage for coats and boots on the landing.

There is an allocated car parking space nearby available to hire for your visit should this be required

Little gem in heart of Keswick
Little gem in heart of Keswick had a fantastic stay. Bed and bedroom was a great relaxing place nice to open all windows and not to noisey. Fantastic bathroom, small living room kitchen had everything required what a fantastic location you can fall out of the front door and you are in the square great!! Thanks for the great commutation from the Keswick cottages great service we will be booking again this property if available when required, thanks.

Everything we needed for a great week in Keswick
Just had a lovely week at Grisedale Pike in Keswick. Information provided prior to our stay was timely and very helpful and had everything we needed to know. The property was as described, well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location in the centre of Keswick with access to plenty of walks from the door. Parking was located close by and very convenient. We would absolutely stay again.

Little gem in Keswick
Lovely well equiped bright apartment. Location ideal for everything, very central. Parking very near and a good spot if you reverse in, as driver side cannot be parked against. Comfy bed, large shower with good pressure. A fan would have been nice as the weather was VERY hot. Welcome pack very appreciated, teas, coffee and lovely biscuits also supplied two dish washer tablets, two tea towels and a kithchen roll, however you will need washing machine products and washing up liquid, as only a very small bottle in welcome pack. We definitely recommed and will return.

Fabulous modern apartment right in the center of Keswick, minutes from shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre etc with a private parking space (30 for the week) just across the street.The only minor issues were early morning (530am onwards) noise from delivery and bin lorries so take ear plugs. The bedroom also was very warm in hot weather - but that's so rare in the lake district it is unlikely to affect most stays!We would stay again, and really enjoyed the town centre location rather than staying in a rural property.

Located very centrally in Keswick so ideal for going out and exploring the town. The parking space came in handy for a small (but totally worth it) fee. The only drawbacks are that it’s quite noisy in the night being so centrally located with a lot of foot traffic as people head home from their evenings out but only a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the only amenity that would have been great would have been a fan as it was a very hot weekend! I am sure this is not usually a problem haha. Aside from this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Keswick/the Lake District :)
