A compact barn conversion in a courtyard setting, Tithe Cottage with one parking space provides a wonderful base to explore the vibrant Keswick area. It is lovingly maintained having been refurbished throughout to create a modern, fresh feel. Take some time for a little bit of indulgence during your stay as the cottage includes complimentary access to the fabulous Spa at Underscar (approximately a 5 minute drive from the property - Please be aware that this facility currently needs to be booked in advance). Description

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with fully-fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The bed is beautifully dressed with luxury linen and towels for the highest comfort and relaxation.

The shower room is also on this floor and has shower cubicle with electric shower, WC and basin.

Upstairs, there is an open-plan lounge and kitchen area with breakfast bar. High-beamed ceilings add to the traditional character of the cottage. This is a lovely, bright room with co-ordinating fabrics that give a very homely feel. Facilities include TV, docking station, radio, comfortable leather settee.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave etc.

This is an ideal cottage for couples seeking a location that provides peace and privacy while being just a stone's throw from the town centre.

Guests can enjoy an extra treat with complimentary access to the fabulous Spa at Underscar.

The cottage has its own designated parking space suitable for a small-to-medium car in front of the entrance. For guests travelling in a larger vehicle, there is shared overflow car parking available on a first come, first served basis.

Keswick offers plenty of activities and amenities for your stay. Whether you’re looking for adventure activities, retail therapy, or new and exciting things to do, there’s something to keep everyone entertained.

Lakeland loveliness
We booked a last minute short break to Tithe Cottage. It's a lovely little place in the perfect location to explore all that Keswick has to offer. Well-equipped and comfortable, we had a lovely stay. Parking is very tight and it was a bit tricky to find in the dark as the courtyard isn't lit but otherwise all good

Tithe Cottage
Location was excellent, the cottage was small but adequate for two persons. There was an issue with the heating but it was dealt with quickly.

Tithe Cottage, Always a Wonderful Return, always an absolute pleasure.
Another absolutely wonderful week spent at Tithe Cottage over the New Year period. We have stayed here so many times now that we've genuinely lost count, and it continues to impress us on every single visit. From the moment you arrive, the cottage feels warm, cozy, and incredibly welcoming — a true home away from home. Tithe Cottage is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether you're staying for a short break or a longer, more leisurely visit. The bed is supremely comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep, and the added bonus of the spa pass is a fantastic extra for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having parking directly outside the door is also a real advantage and makes the stay completely effortless. Thank you so much for yet another outstanding stay. We absolutely love returning to Tithe Cottage and will most definitely be back again very soon. Highly recommended.

My daughter and i stayed here during may half term and loved everything about it - the cottage was really sweet, very clean and right in the centre of town but still quiet. Absolutely loved it, would definitely recommend!
