Entering from the courtyard into the elegant open living space with superb kitchen there are two sofas and easy chair, wall mounted Smart TV, DAB radio, I-Pod doc and solid oak dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is very well equipped with Bosch integrated appliances including induction hob and quartz worktops.
The elegant master suite provides a king-size bed, original panelled bay window and built in wardrobe. The sophisticated ensuite provides a walk-in rain shower.
The second room provides a comfortable super-king which can be made into a twin for a small charge, and the third bedroom provides a twin which can also be made into a super-king (£15 charge applies). Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV, solid oak furniture, luxury linens, and quality furnishings.
The stylish fully tiled bathroom provides a shower bath with rainfall feature.The owners provide complimentary WI-FI, Cole & Lewis hand soaps and some towels.
There is a small utility room with laundry facilities.

Lovely ground floor accommodation in central Keswick so near to Hope Park, lake and shops & restaurants. Open plan kitchen and lounge, 3 great bedrooms and all mod cons. Only down side is busy road and once inside no views to see out however a lovely sunny shared seating area at back plus parking.
Extremely comfortable, spacious, well maintained apartment. Dogs and Grandson loved the garden. The apartment is in a great location for all local amenities and is conveniently near the bus station and local supermarket. On arrival, we had an issue with the television but this was rectified the same day. Cannot fault Keswick cottages - this is our 3rd time booking accommodation with them and it certainly will not be our last. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
This is a very good property for those wishing to base themselves close to all amenities. Local to supermarkets, bus station, town centre and pubs. Lots of walks can be started from this property without the need of going close to any roads other than the first 100 metres. A few minor details are:- Broadband weak and stopped working, reported to the agent who couldn't do anything while we were there. No trays/holders for soaps/shampoo in the showers which is a disadvantage to the older people. An array of towels per room but only one bath towel to share between 2 people. All in all a very clean apartment, well decorated and accessible to all amenities.
