Smoke and Steel

Smoke & Steeel offers unique, rustic, live fire outdoor catering;  they utilize this traditional cooking method and take advantage of its versatile potential. They have gone back to basics by using fire at the heart of their cooking.

Smoke and Steel have an array of equipment to help them cook a wide variety of dishes, from an Asado Cross- which they can hang anything from whole lambs to ribs of beef above the flames, to large cedar planks to hot smoke salmon directly above the fire, a fire cage with hanging grills, rotisserie & a hot smoking box or a swing grill for smaller cuts of meats, flatbreads or roasted vegetables. Offering a unique service for weddings, food fairs, private dining and other events.

Available mid week year round and with weekend availability throughout October to March for up to 30 people. Smoke and Steel can bring their signature smoked flavour straight to your holiday home, all they require is a standard domestic kitchen.
