Keswick Cottages started all the way back in 1995 with a caravan and a young family living and working within the Keswick tourist industry. At lot has changed since then, but our core values are still the same.

Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include over 80 properties, through word-of-mouth recommendations, or firsthand experience staying with Keswick Cottages. Many of our owners started their journey with us as guests!
Our reputation has been built on providing the best customer service and a high standard of accommodation. We will only ever take on a new property with owners that share our values and understand that a guests comfort and enjoyment whilst on holiday is our top priority, and every property we manage must be maintained to a 4-star standard at minimum.
Don’t just take our word for it! All Keswick Cottages properties are inspected yearly by VisitEngland, meaning we are the only agency in the area to be fully accredited, and the only agency to maintain minimum 4-star quality.
Over the years, we have seen how faceless the self-catering industry has become, with multi-national corporations prioritising profit over customer service.
We have, and will always, strive to buck this trend. Our dedicated team know the Lakes and our properties inside-out, and are always just a phone call or email away, so please do feel free ask any questions you may have (no matter how silly it might feel!).
