Bar Es Tapas, established in 2014, is a bar that serves Mexican-inspired tapas food & offers a range of craft beers and cocktails. All in a rustic and relaxed atmosphere. Their extensive range of Mexican inspired tapas dishes are cooked with fresh ingredients with plenty of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available. Their downstairs area is dog-friendly!
The food menu includes 17 Mexican inspired tapas options. To mention some favourites, the Padron Peppers (pan-friend green chillies sprinkled with rock salt) and Chilli Beef Enchilada (tortilla stuffed with chilli beef and cheese covered in a creamy tomato sauce) are a huge hit!
In addition, there’s 4 quesadillas options. You can fill these with Mexican Re-fried Beans, Goats’ Cheese with roasted red peppers & coriander, Chorizo or Pulled Chilli Beef.
On the other hand, try the Soft Shell Tacos. So you can fill these with Chicken Tacos topped with pico de gallo, Chipotle Mushrooms with a coriander crema with lettuce and slaw, or Pork Carnitas with homemade bbq sauce, pickled onions and guacamole.
Moreover, why not try Bar eS TOSTADAS! These Crispy tortilla shells are topped with re-fried beans and a fresh pico de gallo! You can pick additional toppings. Diced Avocado or Pulled Chilli Beef.
After that, Cheesy nachos. These are all topped with cheese sauce, sour cream, guacamole, homemade salsa & jalepeños. Top with Cheese, Re-fried Beans, Goats Cheese roasted red peppers, olives and sun-dried tomatoes or Pulled Chilli Beef.
Finally, the extra sides include Chipotle mayo, cheesy wedges, aioli or Mexican slaw to name a few.
