The Bistro at the Distillery is the perfect place for a kitchen focused on local produce and honest hearty flavours. The Bistro can accommodate up to 120 people, both indoor and in the beautiful outdoor courtyard. Serving light lunches and afternoon teas, quick snacks, thirst-quenching drinks and The Lakes’ signature spirits and cocktails, The Bistro is comfortable and stylish and committed to embracing the spirit of the Lake District by using regional ingredients where ever possible.
The Bistro offers a regularly updated seasonal menu which is available from Wednesday to Sunday between 1am and 4pm. Offering classics along side some more unusual dishes, it is a fantastic place to discover something new. When the sun does shine their alfresco dining space offers a sense of calm; a beautiful space to spend time with loved ones over a tasty meal and a drink (or two!).
If your not looking for a big meal, and just fancy a pit-stop or a refreshment after your tour, there is a selection of tempting cakes and deliciou coffees from 10pm to 5pm.
