Many thanks, No 9 Townhouses was very comfortable and had everything we required for a lovely family weekend. It is very well located and Keswick itself offers great choice of pubs and eateries to suit all tastes. Found the staff very helpful and efficient in all our dealings. We will certainly return. Many Thanks. Mrs P BrennanPatricia Brennan 2017-11-28

Alban Rise is a spacious modern three bedroom property set over two floors with rooftop views of the Keswick fells, including the Skiddaw mountain range and Catbells to the front and Walla Crag to the rear. Conveniently situated right in the centre of Keswick, a stone's throw from Booths supermarket and the bus station, it is ideal for families or small groups seeking to enjoy the comfort of high quality accommodation in the heart of the busy market town with everything that Keswick has to offer.
The apartment was very impressive with all the facilities required for a lovely relaxing stay. Two mins from a great supermarket (booths) perfect for picking up what you need for the day. The location couldn't really be any better with access to everything on your doorstop and lovey views from the apartment. Would I come again, 100%. Thanks you for a great stay.Richard

Alison's View is a delightful, modern terraced cottage which offers accommodation for 2-4 people over three floors. Ideally situated in a small lane only a two minute stroll from Keswick town centre. The property provides a perfect base for those wishing to fell walk, tour or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake District.
We’ve visited Keswick a couple of times and by far this was our favourite visit yet! The location, ameneties and cleansiness of Allisons View was perfect! Having a garage to leave our car securely in and not having to worry about where to park which can be considerably difficult in the Lake District was an absolute bonus. We brought our Cocker Spaniel with us and the enclosed yard was perfect for her to visit ‘outside’. Derwent Water (which is our fave in the Lakes) is literally 5 minutes walk, the town centre again only 5 minutes. There’s so much to do in this area without having to use your car at all for a week, or if you just want the peace and quiet of walks and nature thats also right on your doorstep. The accommodation itself was just right for us - family of 4 and a dog. Lots of space, storage and amenities available. On arrival it was very clean, the linen and towels fresh. Our only criticism would be the shower wasnt very powerful and I like a hot shower and couldnt seem to get the heat above a set level but other than that no faults whatsoever with the property. The street although at first looks like it might be busy was extremely quiet, no disturbances at all. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again! Thank you Keswick Cottages for such a pleasant, enjoyable and much needed break!Sue

Appletree is a 3/4 bedroom, 3 bath/shower room house in the quiet Lakeside village of Portinscale (just outside Keswick). A fabulous home with much thought and consideration given to the layout, decoration and furnishing. Very well finished offering spacious, high quality accommodation with some lovely homely touches. Wonderful fell views to the front and rear, an enclosed garden and off road parking for three cars.
Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely property. We had two weeks and got to know the area very well. House was clean and cosy, we were a little worried about what the weather would do but when you are coming back to a warm house it no longer seems to matter. Great house, great village, great pub and the views are spectacular and ever changing. Many thanksMalc Davies

A charming Lakeland 'snug' with views of Skiddaw, Barf Cottage is situated in the tranquil village on the edge of Derwentwater. Within an easy 20 minute walk to the market town of Keswick the cottage is a stone throw away from the local pub The Farmers Arms, a 5 minute walk from 'The Chalet' tearooms and a 10 minute walk to Derwent and Nicole End Marinas. The cottage retains all the original features of a traditional Lakeland home yet at the same time offers modern fixtures, comfort and style. A small yet characterful front garden has outdoor seating to enjoy that 'post hike' drink on sunny afternoons and evenings. The cottage serves as a wonderful bolthole for couples, small groups of friends or families.
Had a lovely time at Barf Cottage all 4 generations of us mother, daughter, grandmother & grandson. Hope to return later this year. Ideal location for us.Watson

Birchgate is a lovely, traditional Lakeland stone cottage, tucked away from any passing traffic but still within a few minutes' stroll to Fitz Park, the town centre and Lake Derwentwater. The cottage has a warm and cosy feel with a real fireplace for snug winter evenings along with a chiminea outside for alfresco dining in the summer. Its own parking space completes this ideal holiday cottage.
Great location. Near a good park with a river, fields and a good playpark. A reasonable walk from the lakeside (went most days with children aged 7, 5 and 6 months). Lots of facilities in kitchen (including blender, lots of utensils). Home is nicely decorated and very bright and pleasant.David M

A superb semi-detached bungalow with wonderful views on an attractive site within a pleasant residential area on the edge of Keswick, between Fitz Park and the lower slopes of Latrigg. ‘Blencathra’ is about a 10 minute easy stroll to Keswick’s Market Square.
Nicely placed on the edge of the town. Accommodation was very comfortable and everything required for a pleasant stay was available. Keswick was a lively base in a very beautiful area. This could be the most expensive holiday I have ever had,my wife now wants a rear garden like this one with rabbits and pheasants included????Neil S

Gold award winning Victorian Cottage with incredible log burning stove providing the perfect environment for family and friends to relax and unwind. Boasting use of a large shared garden and tennis court plus allocated parking for two cars. An ideal base and within minutes of the market square. Very close to shops, restaurants, bars, the towns beautiful parks, walks, Derwentwater and many of the tourist attractions Keswick has to offer.
The weather wasn't good but we were very cozy in Bridge cottage. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and it was a pleasure to cook in the beautiful kitchen. I have used Keswick cottages for many years and have stayed in many different properties. They have all been comfortable clean and well equiped. I will continue to use them in the future.Norma White
