Alison's View is a delightful, modern terraced cottage which offers accommodation for 2-4 people over three floors. Ideally situated in a small lane only a two minute stroll from Keswick town centre. The property provides a perfect base for those wishing to fell walk, tour or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake District.
The location is very convenient for the shops etc. The accommodation was spotless and we would have no hesitation in recommending both alisons view and Keswick cottages.Beresford

Appletree is a 3/4 bedroom, 3 bath/shower room house in the quiet Lakeside village of Portinscale (just outside Keswick). A fabulous home with much thought and consideration given to the layout, decoration and furnishing. Very well finished offering spacious, high quality accommodation with some lovely homely touches. Wonderful fell views to the front and rear, an enclosed garden and off road parking for three cars.
Our second stay here which shows it must be good! Suits our group perfectly (three couples plus dog). Beds are lovely and comfy which is really important to us. Will probably be back. Many thanksTracy Bird

A charming Lakeland 'snug' with views of Skiddaw, Barf Cottage is situated in the tranquil village on the edge of Derwentwater. Within an easy 20 minute walk to the market town of Keswick the cottage is a stone throw away from the local pub The Farmers Arms, a 5 minute walk from 'The Chalet' tearooms and restaurant and a 10 minute walk to Derwent and Nicole End Marinas. Recently refurbished, the cottage retains all the original features of a traditional Lakeland cottage yet at the same time offers modern fixtures, comfort and style. A small yet characterful front garden has outdoor seating to enjoy that 'post hike' drink on sunny afternoons and evenings. The cottage serves as a wonderful bolthole for couples, small groups of friends or families.
Enjoyed your historic cottage - nicely done up and well situated to explore the area. Fire was lovely on wet evenings.Heather and Darren

Birchgate is a lovely, traditional Lakeland stone cottage, tucked away from any passing traffic but still within a few minutes' stroll to Fitz Park, the town centre and Lake Derwentwater. The cottage has a warm and cosy feel with a real fireplace for snug winter evenings along with a chiminea outside for alfresco dining in the summer. Its own parking space completes this ideal holiday cottage.
Another well appointed cottage conveniently situated in the centre of town.Sutton

Bridge Cottage is part of the Bridge House Complex which offers private parking, large gardens and a tennis court. The cottage itself was newly renovated in 1997 and offers a fabulous house in which to relax and unwind. It is very close to the town centre, but being off the main road offers a quiet, yet convenient position.

Apartment 2 is part of the Bridge House Complex which offers private parking for two cars, large gardens and a tennis court. There is a children's play area with climbing frame, slides, swings etc.
We took a long weekend booking with a group of friends some in apartment 2, some in apartment 3, above and below each other which is ideal for a large party. I've stopped at Bridge House properties before and knew what to expect but others who hadn't visited were mightily impressed. The apartments are spacious and well equipped and you have the town on your doorstep, what's not to like. Keswick is one of the finest Lake District towns and there are numerous walks you can do from Keswick without needing the car, which is safely tucked away in the courtyard parking. Try Skiddaw, Latrigg, Cat Bells or Walla Crag and then go for a pint in the Dog and Gun and finish off with half a Cow Pie in the George, word of warning though don't be tempted by the full Pie!Hodgson
