Location fabulous. Attention to detail in property second to none. Outdoor space for our 2 dogs very secure. Can't wait to book again. Best holiday we have had Iin Keswick so far.
Jane 15th May 2019
Spacious pet friendly accommodation well equipped and finished to high standard. Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location within easy walking distance of Keswick Town centre, Derwent Water and Greta Park. Accommodation very clean on arrival. Complex and garden very well maintained.
Elwell Family from Coventry 20th April 2019
Lovely house really enjoyed our stay thank you. Hope very much to return.
Liz from Gloucester 4th August 2018
Beautiful refurbished cottage following terrible floods. Clever reconfiguration of living space finished to a very high standard. Great location close to the centre with great beer and good food in the bars and restaurants.
Carol from Tyne & Wear 5th January 2018
This is a mid terrace property situated just off the road into Keswick, within a few minutes gentle stroll to the centre of Keswick and all it's amenities. Outside the property there is a shared parking area for up to 6 medium sized cars, if parked properly - the idea being 2 per property .....no problems when we were there with parking but maybe some marking would be appropriate in a busy time especially if visitors have larger vehicles when it may be a little tight. The property itself is based on upside down living, so after entering into the porch, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, shower/wc and a utility area. On the first floor is where you'll find the lounge and kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor are 2 additional bedrooms and a shower / wc. The property was very clean and bright and all fittings and furniture of a high standard....one of the most luxurious properties we've stayed in. It had everything you could need for your stay and more. The property was lovely and warm thanks to a gas boiler. It is extremely difficult to find anything to be negative about....however I would just mention the hanging lamp in the lounge - it became very good friends with my head during our stay as it hangs quite low and near the sofa / coffee table so as an over 6 footer it was in the firing line. What else could you possibly find negative here? Ok so you can hear some delivery sounds from the nearby supermarket when the lorries turn up....however this also means as a plus point the shops are very close. We have dogs and although this property is classified as dog friendly, we had a change of plan and didn't bring them with us.....I'm pleased we didn't as I would have felt nervous due to the high standards / upside down living and the thought of dogs outside all day returning and going straight up the stairs! Worth noting if you do take dogs, they are not allowed in the bedrooms, which I perfectly understand the reasons for. We'd definitely stay here again

Fantastic cottage fully equipped could not think of anything else you would need. Pet friendly with enclosed back and front garden. A large grassy play area with trampoline etc for children. Off street parking for 2 cars and only 2 minute walk to Keswick High Street. Booths supermarket just round the corner. Try the Keswickian they make the most delicious fish and chips.
Christine from Fife 7th October 2017
Just returned home after a week with my family icoperating three generations, baby and dig, and wholeness there had the pleasure of staying at mulberry house, on arrival were early however the two ladies who were cleaning the house kindlay let us put our refrigerator food in house and park car, which is ample for Two cars. The house as said is produced in the townhouse style with two large bedrooms and shower room on ground floor living room and kitchen + bathroom on first floor and large bedroom, single room and shower room on third floor, the whole house by Looks has been recently refurbished in a modern style with modern kitchen, all very clean, within very easy access to central Keswick while tucked away from busy Main Street, would highlight slight nose of Booths supermarket which is close by with re-stocking taking place for about an an hour later at night, this said don't let it put anyone off ideal position, would highly recommend and will hopefully return to These promises or one of the sister residences on future visits to Keswick
A Brown from Ardrossan 8th July 2017
Our third stay at Mulberry House which met our needs perfectly. A well equipped and very comfortable house. The younger members of our group really enjoyed the play equipment in the communal garden.
Laing Family from Edinburgh 12th July 2014
We have just stayed at Mulberry Cottage for the second time, the first of which was a year ago. The company is so nice to deal with -- REAL people! -- and the cottage is well stocked, beautifully decorated, large enough for a family of 6 or even 7, and so convenient to the Keswick town centre without hearing any of the traffic noise. There's not much garden or view to speak of (though kids can use the adjacent garden to another of the company's cottages), and sometimes, the loading/unloading of the nearby supermarket can be heard for a little bit in the evenings, but really, these are very, very minor issues compared to the convenience, comfort, and value for money. Highly recommended.
Kat Patrick from Oxfordshire 1st April 2013
Our 2nd visit to Mulberry House,we have really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cosy house. We are hoping to be back later in the year! Perfect week and sunny dry weather.
Brown from Hartlepool 16th February 2013
We stayed in Mulberry Cottage from 29th December to 5th January 2013. I would like to take this opportunity to say how brilliant a time we had. The cottage was fantastic, very well equipped and done up to a very high standard so thank you! We also found the welcome pack very interesting, with details of the different walks around Keswick and surrounding areas very useful. I feel the cottage exceeded expectations and that the photos on the website and in your brochure do not do the cottage justice! It was also lovely and clean and it seemed like you had thought of everything from the tea towels and dishwasher tablets, to the televisions in the bedrooms with DVD players. Many thanks again for a wonderful holiday.
Jo Keenan & Party from Halifax 31st December 2012
A lovely Christmas stay in Mulberry House. Warm and cosy. Thank you.
Flay Family from Bristol 29th December 2012
“This is our 1st ever walking holiday and we have thoroughly enjoyed every day. The house is perfect, very warm and cosy but with all the mod cons – a real home from home feel. Love the décor and appreciate just how much thought has been put into our visit. The walking maps in the welcome folder were really useful for our 1st trip and we managed to complete 3 without getting too lost. Can’t wait to come back again – Thank you!”
Michele and Tristan Vernon from Derbyshire 29th October 2011
“We’ve had a great time thank you, it’s our first visit to this complex and we will certainly be returning. In previous years we have camped but our days of camping are definitely over after staying here! We visited Whinlatter Forest for the fantastic bike trails and walked around Buttermere Lake. The kids and adults loved it! We have really enjoyed the tennis too – thank you!”
The Stephen Family from Preston 27th August 2011
“A fantastic week weather-wise and enjoyed an excellent convention! Very well equipped accommodation, tastefully decorated too.”
The Naish family from Redford 23rd July 2011
