We had a great long weekend at Coleridge Cottage which is ideally located close to the end of the main street in Keswick. 1st time we have used Keswick Cottages and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The Cottage was as described, was clean, well maintained and well presented. Would recommend Keswick cottages and fully intend to return next year
G Leahy 25th September 2020
Wonderful to stay here again. Loved the addition of the new handrail at the top of the stairs. Clean, comfy and still has everything we needed. Thanks, looking forward to coming back again!
The Evans Family from Calthwaite 23rd July 2020
A lovely cottage, very nicely refurbished and furnished with a pleasant smart-but-cosy feel to it. Plenty big enough for a family stay, comfortable beds, enough sofas (no arguments about who gets the comfy seats!), well-equipped kitchen and in a great location to get into town easily. The huge shared garden with picnic tables and play equipment was a BIG hit - my 3-year old granddaughter loved 'going to the playground', and being able to take a cup of tea and sit at the picnic tables in the (all-too-brief spells of) sunshine while she played happily was wonderful :) Would happily stay again!
Gaynor from Sheffield 24th May 2019
Four adults, a 9 month year old and two dogs had the most amazing stay at the Cottage. It's situated in the best location, so close to town and amenities. It was incredibly clean and the beds were really comfy. Parking so close was great and the shared garden with the kids play area was brilliant for the dogs. We had everything we needed and more... highly recommend. Working with the team at Keswick cottages was also fantastic, they are incredibly efficient. We're already working out when we can come back with others. x
Kelson & Salisburys' from London 12th May 2019
We loved our stay in Coleridge Cottage. The house is in a great location in Keswick - within a very short walk to the centre shops and pubs. The property is furnished very well, spotlessly clean, and has great views of the hills. Would recommend without hesitation.
Janet & Jacky from London 2nd May 2019
Very well equipped accommodation clean on arrival. Great correspondence via Keswick Cottages that made the whole booking process simple. Great location for all local amenities and some good walking routes. Will definitely come again.
Mrs C Azzopardi from Blackpool 29th March 2019
Very good spacious cottage. Dog friendly. Everything that needed to work, worked well. Love the blend of original mixed with new features. *may need smart TV as no DVD * requires implements so that the log fire can be safely managed. Good Value for money.
Mr Paul Rowlands from Cheshire 22nd March 2019
We have just returned from a weekend break at your cottage. Thankyou so much. Me my friend and the 3 dogs thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was immaculate and spotless. Everything seemed brand new. We needn't have bothered bringing the usual essentials. such as tea towels, dishcloths, towels etc as they were all provided. Within 1 minutes walk you are in the centre of keswick. If you decide to eat out for breakfast ever try walking to the Chalet at Portinscale, its the best full english you can imagine and is dog friendly too! We loved the cottage and Keswick too and will return!! Thank you.
Jane McGrory from Urmston, Manchester 16th March 2018
Great property in fantastic location just a short walk to Keswick town centre. Comfy sofas and fab beds in large rooms. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with towels supplied and travel toiletries. My dog loved playing in the garden next door. Central heating throughout. Would definitely book this property again.
Ailsa from Cheshire 8th September 2017
Comfortable, spacious, well situated. Excellent service from Keswick Cottages as always. Only problem ( missing extra parking permit ) rectified in 10 minutes.
Derek from West Yorkshire 25th August 2017
So central to Keswick so that you can walk to the pub or restaurant. Very nicely furnished, great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer. Three beautifully presented bedrooms, loved the wood burner which we christened; great dining space and sitting room and as always Keswick Cottages are a great company to deal with. DO book, I can't believe you'd be disappointed.
Tina from Wirral 26th September 2016
We had the best Christmas Eva in the most fabulous cottage, perfect location, exceptionally comfortable, everything has been thought out to make it home from home, very warm and welcoming, it must of been amazing as we plan to return again same time this year if we can.
Mullinder Family from Carlisle 23rd December 2016
We had a wonderful week at Coleridge Cottage. Our children loved the open plan area and we enjoyed eating around the lovely big table. Everything was finished to a high standard - the beds were very comfortable and the shower fantastic! The cottage is perfectly situated for enjoying the local area and its very close to Booths (nicest supermarket ever!). The road is noisy but it really didn't bother us and 2/3 rooms are on the back of the property anyway. It would have been nice to have allocated parking but the pass for the car park worked well. We would definitely visit this cottage again.
Amanda Bradshaw from Leamington Spa 28th October 2016
We loved our stay in Coleridge Cottage. The house was beautifully presented and there was plenty of space for the boys to play. All the rooms had been thoughtfully decorated and we liked the lake district prints and soft furnishings which added to our stay. Brilliant location, would love to stay there again. We have recommended Keswick Cottages to our family and friends.
Hollinghurst family from Coleridge Cottage 7th August 2015
We absolutely loved our stay in the Cottage. Decorated to a high standard and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and had good quality bedding. Liked the small touches such as room scents, welcome pack, tea and coffee tray and towels being provided. We were in the perfect spot to explore Keswick and we would definitely stay in this cottage again in future.
Rachel from Chorley 15th May 2015
We really enjoyed the stay and it was great to be the first guests in the house. It was really nicely done to a high standard. It had everything we needed and more and the bed was very comfortable. Nice touches like the room scents and welcome pack, thank you. Having stayed in many cottages in the lakes and other parts of the UK it compared very favourably indeed.
