Number Nine The Townhouses offers accommodation for up to ten adults in four double or king bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Two bedrooms boast their own private shower facilities in contemporary style. A further freshly styled bathroom is provided. One twin bedroom is located at ground floor level which may be presented as a super king if preferred. Number Nine offers a separate dining room for its guests with solid oak dining furniture and double doors opening out onto a small secluded outdoor seating area. The luxuriously styled living room, with deep cushion-piled sofa, wooden flooring and a real log burning stove, opens out through double doors onto a further small private outdoor seating area.

Fully refurbished and styled to a beautiful high standard, the Townhouses offer you the option to stay together with friends or family in your very own private Lakeland residence. The house is ideal for a group of eight people, however an additional bedroom is available to accommodate ten guests should this be required. Built at the turn of the century in the vernacular slate architecture, the Townhouses are warm and welcoming yet stylish, light and spacious. The houses are tastefully stocked to make your stay in the Lake District a pleasure. Many period features are retained and sympathetically restored, including original floor tiles, fireplaces and ceiling coving. The five stunning bedrooms set throughout this extensive property are each provided with a new luxury mattress, ethically crafted in the UK and dressed in high quality linens. Black out blinds are fitted for those with light sensitivity. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, which can be presented as a super king if preferred (please be aware there is a £15 fee for this service). The open plan kitchen and lounge with log burning fire is also on the ground floor along with a separate dining room with solid oak furniture. Essentials such as new cutlery, utensils, cookware and appliances are paired with indulgent little extras such as an espresso machine. A flat screen smart TV permits access to Netflix, Now TV, Amazon Prime (please bring your subscription details to log in to these services) as well as a DVD player and normal TV channels. There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one king size with ensuite bathroom and one double) plus the main family bathroom. Cole and Lewis bathroom toiletries are offered in the bath and shower rooms, together with fresh towels. There are a further two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one king size bedroom with ensuite and one double. High specification wifi is provided throughout for your convenience and connectivity to home. Each house has its own private outdoor area, with seating to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine at the end of the day. The restaurants, wine bars, supermarkets and other diversions of Keswick are only a moment’s walk away yet the quietude of the fells can be experienced in under an hour’s walk or a few minutes drive. Windows open onto views of Skiddaw and Latrigg to the north and to Catbells over the rooftops of Keswick to the south. Visitors to No.9 have the conveniance of two complimentary parking permits to the adjacent long stay car park. Please note the Townhouses are not available for hen or stag events.

This is our first booking via Keswick Cottages and hopefully won't be our last .we were a party of 6 adults one little 4 year old and two infants . We found that the accommodation met our needs perfectly.The two ensuites and family bathroom meant no queuing and waiting for each other to get ready. We were extremely lucky with the weather having 5 glorious days out of the seven so not inside very much at all. Having said that the nice large dining room enabled us to have family meals together and the lounge provided enough seating for all of us.The kitchen has more then enough supplies of plates, glasses cups to allow a full load in the dishwasher and still have plenty to use.The location is ideal a short walk to town and on the door step of Fitz park and the leisure centre. We received a quick and curteous response from the agent over a minor query regarding the infant cot we hired .Had no problems at all , we all enjoyed our family time together and our stay at 9 The Townhouses and hope to book again.Langstreth from UK 31st March 2017
Can I just say we have just had 3 days at no 9 the townhouses in Keswick. What a wonderful place really well finished everything we could possibly want. In the middle of town which was great easy to get to shops and bars. Would definitely stay again.Amanda bastow from Ripon 22nd April 2016
