In the event, you select a new date that subsequently falls within extended government-imposed travel restrictions, again there will be no amendment fee to amend your booking to a more suitable date.
We are currently experiencing extremely high call volumes and emails . We want to help as many customers as possible in a prioritised manner. Please bear with us if you have left an email or we have not been able to speak to you. We will get back to you ASAP.
This is a devastating time for all of us across the country and the world. Please know as a small local business we will do all we can to minimise the effects on all of our valued customers, owners, cleaners, suppliers & staff.

What a crazy few weeks it has been for everyone nationally and internationally. It is humbling to know that you are concerned about us so I would first like to say we are all fine and in good health. I hope that when you read this you are too. As many of you know we pride ourselves on exceptional standards be it customer care, cleanliness, quality of product etc and over the last couple of weeks we have been working harder than ever to try to keep it this way. Everyday the scenario has changed, advice has changed and we have had to change with it. The most important thing is to keep not only our team but you safe.
New cleaning protocols
During your visit or if you are thinking about booking a holiday with us, we wish to reassure you that we are taking all possible steps to minimise the risk of infection, including the implementation of enhanced cleaning regimes - the strictest out there - throughout our properties due to growing concerns regarding COVID-19 infections. Rest assured, we will continue to act quickly should we be required to do so and will take all necessary precautions to protect the welfare of our guests and staff.
We of course want you to enjoy your holiday and ensure it remains worry-free which is why we have taken the following unprecedented steps to ensure we protect your health and the health of your loved ones.
We have employed a cleaner that has worked in the NHS and has training in infection control and COSHH (Control of Substances hazardous to health). With her expertise and following government guidelines we have allocated additional resources and funds to the cleaning team to carry out the additional cleaning and disinfection measures. For the foreseeable future all cleaners will carry out the additional cleaning Infection Control tasks (in addition to all standard cleaning). Upon completion a checklist will be completed. If you are coming to stay this checklist can be viewed upon request.
As a small family business, we understand how concerning the current situation is especially with all the uncertainty going forward.
We have always prided ourselves on offering exceptional & unmatched standards and hope our new procedures show our level of commitment to all our valued customers. We ask for your patience and understanding in this ever fluid situation and we will update this information with any new information as we receive it.
We recognise that these are upsetting times and whether you are travelling now or in the future, we want you to know that your safety and well being are our priority.
