Our Gradings

All of our properties are inspected by a recognised, qualified inspector and she ensures that each property complies with English Tourist Board requirements. We want to make sure that you wouldn't want to look anywhere else and make if our business to achieve a constantly high standard and exceed your expectations! We have given, in our opinion, an honest and extensive description of each property. We insist that every property is well equipped and has, as standard, central heating, parking (3 exceptions which we rovide permits for local car parks), colour t.v.,washing machine, microwave etc and all the equipment, furniture, furnishings and fittings you will need for an enjoyable, relaxing self-catering break.
Our own grading and quality system will give you an idea of what to expect but you can be certain that our demanding standards and quality control checks will enable you to book with confidence. To help you choose the property that is right for you we have detailed a grading scheme that describes a little about the property itself.

Special
The decor, furnishings, fixtures and fittings are to a very good standard and each property has been individually designed, is superbly and/or is in a spectacular location and offers a feeling of something special.

Excellent
All aspects of the property are finished to a high standard with all the equipment you have at home, if not more, a home from home.

Comfortable
Very clean, comfortable accommodation with everything needed for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Furnishings and equipment etc. are to a good standard and well maintained.
